The working principle of a leak detector varies depending on the gas path design scheme. The basic principle is to simultaneously fill both sides of the reference object and the measured workpiece with air of the same pressure to achieve equilibrium. If the measured workpiece leaks, the equilibrium will be broken. At this time, the differential pressure sensor will convert the information and display it. Since the reference object and the measured workpiece are the same size and shape, and the pipeline is also the same, it can greatly reduce the influence of temperature and other factors on the detection system, thereby obtaining high-precision results

User selection reference:

- It is recommended to choose a flow type for sealing tests with an internal volume greater than 5L, as small leaks are difficult to cause differential pressure changes when the internal volume is large; For the sealing test of workpieces with a volume less than 5L, flow type or differential pressure type can be selected according to process requirements.
- When there are many varieties to be tested on the production line, each variety requires different parameters (such as inflation time, balance time, and qualification judgment value).
