Instructions and precautions for using a fully automatic oscillator with flipping function
Usage:
preparation:
Ensure that the oscillator is on a stable plane to avoid equipment vibration caused by instability.
Check if the power supply is connected properly and plug the power plug tightly.
Place the sample to be oscillated in the equipment tray, ensuring uniform distribution of the sample and avoiding overweight or imbalance.
Set parameters:
After turning on the oscillator, set the oscillation speed and oscillation time according to the requirements. Usually, the oscillation speed range is several hundred to several thousand RPM, and the oscillation time can be set according to experimental requirements.
Some devices may require a temperature control system to be set up. If this function is available, ensure that the temperature is within the required range.
Start operation:
Press the start button, and the device will start oscillating automatically. The oscillation process usually involves automatic flipping or rotation, which may be up and down flipping or back and forth swinging depending on the type of equipment.
During operation, avoid opening the device's casing or touching the working parts to prevent accidents.
End operation:
After the oscillation is completed, turn off the device and unplug the power plug.
Be careful when taking out the sample to avoid scalding or damaging it.
Notes:
Equipment placement: Ensure that the oscillator is placed on a sturdy and flat surface to avoid instability or improper operation caused by external vibrations or tilting.
Load balancing: Avoid placing heavy, oversized, or unbalanced items to prevent damage to the oscillator motor or equipment failure.
Temperature control management: If the device has temperature control function, pay attention to setting the temperature range to avoid damage to the sample due to overheating or overcooling.
Regular inspection: Regularly check the working status of power cords, motors, trays, and other mechanical components to ensure their normal operation.
Cleaning and maintenance: After use, the equipment should be cleaned in a timely manner to avoid the accumulation of sample residues on the equipment, which may affect the next use.
Safety protection: During operation, especially at high speeds, avoid touching the operating parts of the equipment with fingers, hair, etc. to prevent accidents.
By following these usage methods and precautions, the long-term stable operation of the fully automatic oscillator can be ensured, and the accuracy and safety of the experiment can be improved.
