It is widely used in bottle cap production, quality inspection centers, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and other industries.

Testing principle:
Fix the sample bottle body on a specially made torque fixture, with the bottom end of the fixture fixed to the torque sensor inside the testing box. Rotate the bottle cap to drive the bottle body, causing the torque sensor to react and test the required torque value for clockwise or counterclockwise rotation of the bottle cap.

Application scope:
1. Used to detect the torque values for locking, opening, and tightening bottle caps of packaging products such as medicinal plastic bottles and oral solid bottles;
2. Detection of cap locking and opening force values for sterile penicillin glass bottles, large infusion bottles, and other medicinal bottles;
3. Suitable for testing the opening and locking force values of anti-theft bottle caps for carbonated beverage bottles, non carbonated mineral water bottles, and other products;
