Testing methods and instrument requirements

Test principle: Hold the edge of one end of the paper tray, keep the sample horizontal, and apply a vertical force (at a speed of) to the other endRecord the maximum force value of the force sensor during the pressing process (25 mm/min ± 2 mm/min).

Instrument and equipment: devices with adjustable clamping points and support heads are required, with fixed spacing between support heads30 mm， The diameter of the downward pressure head is 4 mm.

Sample preparation: randomly selectedMeasure the diameter of 5 paper plates of the same batch and specification (measuring the length of the long side of a square plate).

Stiffness requirement: According to the nominal diameter of the paper tray, it is divided into three levels:

≤ 165 mm: Overall stiffness ≥ 1.20 N

165 mm~215 mm: overall stiffness ≥ 1.40 N

215 mm: Overall stiffness ≥ 1.60 N
