Water vapor transmission rate: Take an appropriate amount of this product and measure it according to the YBBOOO2003-2015 method for measuring water vapor transmission rate under test conditions A or the second method (test temperature 23 ℃± 0.5 ℃, relative humidity 90% ± 2% or the fourth method test temperature 23 ℃± 0.5 ℃, relative humidity 90% ± 2%). During the experiment, the LDPE surface should face the low humidity side and comply with the provisions of Table 1.

Oxygen permeability: Take an appropriate amount of this product and measure it according to the gas permeability measurement method YBB00082003-2015. During the test, LDPE should face the low-pressure side and comply with the provisions in Table 1.

Tensile strength: Take an appropriate amount of this product and measure its tensile properties using YBBOO11203-2015. The test speed (unloaded) is 100mm/min ± 10mm/min, and the sample is Type I. The average longitudinal and transverse tensile strength shall not be less than 40MPa

Impact resistance: Take an appropriate amount of this product and cut 150mm x 50mm test pieces, with 5 pieces in each direction. The sample should be placed in an environment with a temperature of 23 ℃± 2 ℃ and a relative humidity of 50% ± 5% for more than 4 hours, and tested under the above conditions. Place the LDP sample facing upwards and fix it on the ball impact testing machine, with a span of 100mm. Select the steel ball and drop height according to Table 2, so that the steel ball can freely fall to the center of the span, and there should be no more than 2 pieces of damage in both longitudinal and transverse directions.

Heating expansion rate: Take an appropriate amount of this product and measure it according to the heating expansion rate measurement method YBB00292004-2015. The expansion rate should be within ± 6%.

Strength: Take an appropriate amount of this product, cut 2 pieces of 100mmx100mm samples, and stack them with medicinal aluminum foil (YBB00152002-2015) of the same size. Heat seal on a heat sealer at a temperature of 150 ℃± 5 ℃, a pressure of 0.2MPa, and a time of 1 second. According to the heat sealing strength determination method (YBB00122003-2015), it shall not be less than 6.0 N/15mm

Thickness: Specification size 0.20-0.40mm, allowable deviation ± 0.02
