This video is an operation video for testing polymer moisture-proof and fireproof sealing adhesive samples with Jinan Languang W3/062 water vapor permeability tester, used to provide guidance and instructions for customers. The W3/062 water vapor transmission rate tester is based on the cup method testing principle and is a professional water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) testing system for thin film samples. It is suitable for measuring the water vapor transmission rate of various materials such as plastic films, composite films, medical and construction fields.

1. Cut a circular sample with a diameter of 74mm using a sampler.

2. Add distilled water to the breathable cup.

3. Place the sample flat into a breathable cup and seal it properly.

4. Open the testing chamber and place the breathable cup onto the breathable cup holder in the testing chamber.

5. Close the testing chamber.

6. Set experimental parameters.

7. Click to start the experiment, and the instrument will automatically test.

8. The test is completed and the instrument automatically saves the results.
