C230H Oxygen Transmittance Testing System - Thin Film Container Oxygen Permeation MeterBased on Coulomb oxygen analysis sensor and isobaric testing principle, designed and manufactured according to ASTM D3985 standard, providing high-precision and high-efficiency oxygen permeability detection tests for high and medium gas barrier materials. Suitable for testing the oxygen permeability of films, sheets, packaging and related materials in the fields of food, medicine, medical devices, daily chemicals, photovoltaic electronics, etc.
Testing principle:
Clamp the pre processed sample between the testing chambers, with oxygen or air flowing on one side of the membrane and high-purity nitrogen flowing on the other side of the membrane. Oxygen molecules diffuse through the membrane into the high-purity nitrogen on the other side and are carried by the flowing nitrogen to the sensor. By analyzing the oxygen concentration measured by the sensor, calculate the oxygen permeability and other results; For packaging, high-purity nitrogen flows inside the packaging, while air or oxygen surrounds the outside of the packaging.
