1、 Daily maintenance (before and after each use)

Clean the surface of the equipment: Use a dry cloth to wipe the machine body and workbench, remove dust and sample debris, and prevent debris from entering the mechanical gaps;

Check the appearance status: Check whether the sensors, fixtures, and data cables are intact, without damage, looseness, or detachment;

Test fixture inspection: Clean the stains on the teeth surface of the fixture, ensure that the clamping surface is free of oil and debris, and check whether the fixture opens and closes smoothly without jamming;

Software and Data: Save test data before shutting down the device, exit the software, and then shut down again to avoid program abnormalities;

2、 Weekly maintenance

Lubricate key parts: Apply a small amount of specialized lubricating oil (to avoid excessive amounts) to moving parts such as fixture shafts and lead screws to reduce friction;

Data cables and interfaces: Check if the power and communication cable interfaces are loose, plug and unplug once to ensure good contact, and clean the interface dust;

Limit switch test: manually trigger the upper and lower limit switches to confirm that the equipment can stop normally and avoid overtravel damage;

No load operation inspection: Run the equipment without load 1-2 times after starting up, and observe whether it runs smoothly without any abnormal noise or shaking.

3、 Monthly maintenance

Calibration accuracy: Use standard weights or calibration components to perform simple calibration of equipment force values and displacement accuracy, and adjust them in a timely manner when the deviation exceeds the limit (or contact professional personnel for calibration);

Fixture maintenance: Check if the fixture screws are tightened, tighten them promptly if they are loose, and replace severely worn fixture teeth or accessories;

Screw cleaning: Use a brush to clean the dust and oil on the surface of the screw, reapply lubricating oil to ensure smooth transmission;

Cooling system inspection: Clean the dust from the cooling port of the device, ensure the normal operation of the fan, and avoid overheating of the host;

Software update and backup: Check if the control software has been updated, upgrade as needed, and backup software configuration parameters and historical test data.

4、 Quarterly maintenance

Thoroughly clean the interior: After disconnecting the power, open the device side cover (requires professional operation), clean the internal dust, and focus on cleaning the circuit board and fan;

Check the electrical system: Check whether the circuit is aged or damaged, whether the wiring terminals are tightened, and whether there is any looseness or oxidation phenomenon;

Hydraulic system (if equipped with hydraulic fixtures): Check the hydraulic oil level and replenish the same type of hydraulic oil when it is below the scale line to ensure no oil leakage;

Equipment leveling calibration: Use a level to check if the equipment workbench is level. If there is any deviation, adjust the bottom leveling feet.

5、 Long term shutdown maintenance (not used for more than 15 days)

Complete cleaning of equipment: After cleaning according to daily and weekly maintenance standards, put on a dust cover;

Cut off power: Turn off the main power of the device, unplug the power cord, and avoid standby power consumption or lightning damage;

Fixture handling: Release the fixture to its maximum stroke, apply lubricating oil, and seal for storage;
