The working principle of QPH-300II hydrogen generator is to produce hydrogen gas by electrolysis, using precious metals as electrodes and membrane separation technology. A specially designed electrolytic liquid is electrolyzed on the cathode of the separation cell to produce high-purity hydrogen gas, and the anode produces oxygen gas, which is released into the atmosphere. The hydrogen gas is purified and dried before being output.

The program control of the instrument adopts a high-sensitivity pressure control system and a flow automatic tracking system, which ensures the stability of the pressure is less than 0.001Mpa. The automatic flow tracking system can automatically track and adjust the amount of hydrogen required by the gas equipment. When the gas equipment stops using gas, the instrument will automatically stop producing gas, eliminating the phenomenon of system overpressure and ensuring safe use.
