The calibration and maintenance of Tvoc online monitoring are key to ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and long-term stable operation. The following is a systematic calibration and maintenance strategy, covering technical points, operational procedures, and precautions:
1、 Tvoc online monitoring and calibration strategy:
1. Calibration type
Zero point calibration: Eliminate the background signal of the instrument (such as clean air or zero point gas).
Range calibration: Verify measurement linearity using a standard gas (such as a TVOC mixture of known concentration).
Multi point calibration: For sensors with nonlinear response, at least 3 concentration points (low, medium, and high) need to be calibrated.
2. Calibration method
Zero point calibration:
Step: Introduce clean air (such as air filtered by activated carbon or nitrogen) and adjust the instrument to zero output.
Attention: Ensure that the TVOC concentration in the zero point gas is less than 1% FS (full range).
Range calibration:
Steps:
Introduce 80% to 90% standard gas close to full range.
Adjust the instrument to the standard value output.
Repeat low, medium, and high concentration point tests and draw calibration curves.
Attention: Standard gases need to be traced back to national measurement standards.
Multi point calibration (for non-linear sensors):
Step: Introduce 3-5 different concentrations of standard gases in sequence, record the instrument response, and fit the curve.
2、 Tvoc online monitoring daily inspection items:
1. Sensor status: Check PID lamp intensity, FID flame stability, and semiconductor sensor surface contamination.
2. Sampling system: Clean the sampling probe and filter (such as PTFE filter membrane) to prevent clogging.
3. Data recording: Check whether real-time data is consistent with historical trends and exclude sudden fluctuations.
4. Cleaning frequency: Wipe the surface of the instrument daily and check the sampling pipeline weekly.
