1、 Daily maintenance
Environmental control: The equipment should be placed indoors in a dry, well ventilated, and stable temperature (recommended ≤ 25 ℃) environment, away from high temperatures, direct sunlight, and severe vibrations, to avoid poor heat dissipation of the compressor leading to high pressure.
Cleaning management: After each use, clean the residual cooling medium in the test chamber, wipe the fixtures and shells to prevent corrosion; Regularly clean the condenser dust (once a month) to ensure heat exchange efficiency.
Component inspection: Before starting up, confirm that the refrigeration system, impact device, and control system are securely connected without looseness or damage; Check the liquid level of the cooling medium (ensure that the immersion depth of the sample is ≥ 25mm), seal and store it after use to prevent volatilization.
Operating standards: Strictly follow the procedures to avoid overload or frequent impact; The clamping of the sample should not be too tight or too loose to prevent deformation or detachment; During the experiment, the cooling cycle must not be cut off, otherwise re cooling is required.
2、 Regular maintenance
Monthly maintenance: lubricate the impact cylinder guide rail, check the speed of the cold well agitator motor (within the range of 8W-15W), and replace the impact spring after accumulating 500 impacts.
Quarterly maintenance: Clean the dust accumulation on the compressor radiator and test the stability of the starting current; Check the sealing of the cooling pipeline interface to prevent refrigerant leakage.
Annual maintenance: replace O-ring seals, worn fixtures, and cooling media (ethanol is recommended to be replaced twice a year); Calibrate temperature sensors and timers to ensure temperature control accuracy of ± 0.3 ℃ and timing error of ≤ 5 seconds.
3、 Regular calibration
Temperature calibration: Use a standard thermometer to compare the actual temperature of the cooling tank, adjust the control system to display the same temperature as the actual temperature (with an error of ≤± 0.5 ℃).
Impact parameter calibration: Calibrate the impact head radius (1.5-1.6mm ± 0.1mm), impact velocity (2.0 ± 0.2m/s), and impact energy (≥ 3J/piece) to ensure compliance with standard requirements.
Record and report: Detailed record of calibration data, including temperature, speed, energy, etc., and write a calibration report, indicating existing problems and improvement suggestions.
