Ammonia nitrogen automatic monitoring device is a device used for real-time and continuous monitoring of ammonia nitrogen concentration in water bodies, mainly applied in water quality monitoring, sewage treatment, industrial wastewater monitoring, aquaculture and other fields. It is an environmental monitoring device that continuously and automatically monitors the concentration of ammonia nitrogen in water bodies. Its core is based on specific chemical principles to achieve rapid and accurate detection, and is widely used in real-time water quality monitoring scenarios.
The ammonia nitrogen automatic monitoring instrument mainly uses Nessler's reagent colorimetric method or salicylic acid hypochlorite colorimetric method, both of which achieve detection through chemical color reaction:
Nessler's reagent method: Ammonia nitrogen reacts with Nessler's reagent to form a yellow brown complex, and the concentration of the complex is positively correlated with the ammonia nitrogen content. The concentration is converted by detecting the absorbance at a specific wavelength.
Salicylic acid method: Ammonia nitrogen reacts with salicylic acid and hypochlorite under alkaline conditions to produce blue-green indophenol blue, which is also calculated based on the corresponding relationship between absorbance and concentration.
The instrument automatically completes the entire process of sample collection, reagent addition, reaction incubation, absorbance detection, and data processing without manual intervention.
