1MVE liquid nitrogen tankDefinition and purpose
1.liquid nitrogen tank——A low-temperature container with a high vacuum interlayer, super insulation, and designed to hold liquid nitrogen, made of aluminum or stainless steel material.
2. Useliquid nitrogen tankThe purpose is to store and transport biological samples for a long time in the liquid nitrogen temperature range (-196 ℃).
3.liquid nitrogen tankUser units - biopharmaceutical laboratories, biomedical research institutions, blood and stem cell banks, large hospitals, university research institutions, livestock research units, etc.
IIliquid nitrogen tankClassification of
1. It can be divided into three types according to its purpose
Liquid nitrogen storage tanks are mainly used for the static storage of indoor liquid nitrogen and are not suitable for long-distance transportation during operation; Generally, the caliber is relatively large.
The liquid nitrogen transport tank has been specially designed for shock resistance to meet transportation conditions. In addition to being stored in a static state, it can also be transported while filled with liquid nitrogen, but it should also avoid severe collisions and vibrations. Generally, the caliber is relatively small.
The self pressurized liquid nitrogen tank cannot store anything else (except liquid nitrogen). The product structure is equipped with a liquid nitrogen vaporization self pressurized pipeline, which uses the heat outside the container to vaporize a small amount of liquid nitrogen and generate pressure, and outputs the liquid nitrogen for transportation.
2. According to the state of liquid nitrogen, it can be divided into liquid-phase liquid nitrogen tank and gas-phase liquid nitrogen tank
Liquid phase liquid nitrogen tanks store cells below the liquid nitrogen level, while gas phase liquid nitrogen tanks store liquid nitrogen on the outer wall of the tank with the gas phase inside. Cells are stored in the gas phase. From the appearance, there are pressure gauges and some valves on the gas-phase liquid nitrogen tank. The liquid nitrogen tank cells are stored below the liquid surface at a temperature of -196 degrees Celsius, while the gas phase is slightly higher at about -190 degrees Celsius. The possibility of cross contamination between cells in the liquid nitrogen tank is relatively low.
