It is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, and electronics, and is used in processes such as drying, sterilization, and curing. The verification content covers core parameters such as temperature uniformity, temperature control accuracy, heating/cooling rate, and safety.
Practical steps:
Point fixing: Fix the calibrated temperature sensor in the chamber according to the preset plan (using a bracket or tie to avoid shaking), with the sensor probe facing the same direction (such as vertically upwards).
Setting parameters: Set the temperature according to the actual usage scenario (such as commonly used temperatures of 50 ℃, 100 ℃, 150 ℃, covering * low, commonly used, * high working temperatures), with a holding time of ≥ 2 hours (to ensure temperature stability).
Data collection: Start the oven and wait for the temperature to reach the set value and stabilize for 30 minutes before starting to record data. The sampling interval is 1-5 minutes (usually 1 minute), and continue to collect for at least 60 minutes (or extended according to standard requirements).
Key points of data recording
Equipment information: oven model, serial number, manufacturer, installation location, calibration date
Test conditions: environmental temperature, humidity, power supply voltage, loading condition (no load/half load/full load)
Raw data: temperature records for each testing point (time temperature correspondence table), average temperature, deviation value, * large temperature difference
Calibration tool: sensor model, calibration certificate number, validity period
Key points of daily maintenance
Regular cleaning: Clean the dust and material residue on the inner wall, heating tube, and air outlet of the oven (to avoid affecting heat dissipation)
Sensor calibration: Temperature sensors should be calibrated at least once a year to ensure accuracy
Component inspection: Monthly check whether the heating tube, fan, and sealing strip are intact (aging of the sealing strip can cause temperature leakage and affect uniformity)
Data traceability: Save all validation reports and calibration certificates with a retention period of ≥ 3 years.
