1、 Technical standards and core indicators

temperature control accuracyAccording to SL 144.6-2008 standard, the temperature control accuracy should be ≤± 1 ℃. During verification, a standard thermometer with a division value of ≤ 0.5 ℃ should be used to measure the temperature of the heating element when it is powered off and on at three points: 60 ℃, 70 ℃, and 80 ℃. The temperature control deviation should be calculated using the formula Δ T=Ti-T2 (where Ti is the power-off temperature and T2 is the power on temperature).

temperature uniformityThe temperature non-uniformity of the water bath should be ≤± 3 ℃. It is necessary to measure the temperature synchronously at five positions around and at the center of the water bath, and take the maximum temperature difference as the verification basis.

Heating performance verification: The water level should be higher than the heating tube and temperature sensing probe. After heating to 60 ℃, adjust the thermostatic controller and record the start and stop status of the heating body.

Temperature control accuracy verificationMeasure three times at 60 ℃, 70 ℃, and 80 ℃ respectively, and take the average value to calculate the temperature control deviation.

Temperature uniformity verificationMeasure the temperature at five locations at 60 ℃ and 80 ℃ respectively, and calculate the maximum temperature difference.
