Servo amplifier is a new type of amplifier developed with the development of microelectronics technology. It can be combined with forward and reverse electric actuators to form high-performance intelligent electric actuators. Adopting * microcomputer technology, it has a series of intelligent functions such as self correction, self diagnosis, PI regulation, and flow characteristic correction. Especially with the flow characteristic correction function, a regulating valve with inherent characteristics can have multiple output characteristics, allowing valves (such as butterfly valves) that cannot undergo valve core shape correction to change their flow characteristics and correct non-standard characteristics to standard characteristics. This function changes the situation of relying on valve core processing to correct characteristics for a long time. The fault diagnosis function provides convenience for operation and maintenance. It can greatly reduce direct damage to the actuator and also send an alarm signal to the system. The main function of intelligence is to correct input and output characteristics; Configurable parameters; Three fault modes, namely self-locking (keep in place), fully open or fully closed; Multiple self diagnostic and alarm functions.
The instrument adopts electric braking and intermittent adjustment technology in control, which can eliminate mechanical friction brakes for actuators with self-locking function, greatly improving the reliability of the whole machine. All set parameters can be saved until the next setting, with power-off protection function. The servo amplifier and operator are integrated, with manual valve position control, bidirectional disturbance free switching, digital display, LED display, etc.
Basic software settings:
1. Double click the icon - Settings - System Settings - Select the model "MR - E - A"; ——Select baud rate as "9600" - select serial port as "COM3, it depends on your own computer port" - have station number - confirm.
2. Station number setting: Select station 00.
3. Click on the parameters - go to "Parameter Setting, Adjustment, Change List Display, Detailed Information Display" - click on "Parameter Setting" - go to the parameter list for "Batch Reading, Checking, Batch Writing, Change List, Detailed Information, Initial Setting, Termination".
4. Parameter writing operation steps: After modifying the corresponding parameter values in the table - enter - click "write". Attention: The parameter servo should be turned off for 5 seconds before restarting.
Software debugging and running functions (jog run, positioning run, program run):
Jogging operation: Trial run - Jogging operation - Motor speed 3000r/min, pay attention not to exceed 3000 rpm when setting - Acceleration and deceleration time constant 1000ms - Point forward or reverse rotation to stop.
Positioning operation: Trial run - Positioning run - Motor speed 200r/min, pay attention not to exceed 3000 revolutions when setting - Acceleration and deceleration time constant 1000ms - Movement amount - Point forward or reverse rotation stop is sufficient.
