  SKD electric actuatorThe main advantages of the servo amplifier are high stability and user applicable constant thrust. It is mainly composed of a servo amplifier and an actuator, which can be connected in series with an operator. The servo amplifier receives the control signal sent by the controller and compares it with the feedback signal of the displacement output of the electric actuator. If there is a deviation, the difference is amplified by power and drives the two-phase servo motor to rotate. Further decelerate through the reducer, driving the output shaft to change the angle of rotation.
People who have been engaged in industrial production will have some understanding of SKD electric actuators. It is a terminal device for enterprise production measurement and control. After displaying the frequency screen input signal, it is analyzed and automatically converted into parameter displacement to guide the mechanism to move according to a certain displacement. It can regulate various valves, control air doors, and regulate fluids such as pressure and temperature during system operation. It plays an irreplaceable role in industries such as power systems, industrial production, and sewage treatment. According to different control methods, it can be divided into two types: proportional and integral. The basic principle of the product is the same, but some corresponding improvements have been made for some special industries.
After purchasing SKD electric actuators from the market, we should install and debug them according to the product manual. Generally speaking, each mechanism has been adjusted before leaving the factory and should not be changed in principle. During installation, a few points should also be noted: before connecting the base to the valve, both the valve and the actuator need to be adjusted to the fully open or fully closed state. Remember to lower the output arm shaft on the actuator and wait until the product and valve positions are synchronized before installing it. Fix the actuator on the installation bracket, screw it in, manually shake the actuator handle, and observe whether the contact between the actuator and the valve is firm and whether the operation is normal. After installation together, it needs to be debugged. Connect the power cord, power on the device, manually open the valve halfway, and press the self-test button. The self checking program of the actuator requires a certain reaction time to operate. If all valves are opened, it may cause strong fluid collision with the instrument, damage the internal valve plate, and cause the equipment to fail to operate.
Each device has undergone strict inspection according to standards before leaving the factory. Considering the impact of transportation and storage, to ensure safe use, users are requested to install and use it before useSKD electric actuatorPreviously, the following checks were conducted:
1. The actuator arrives at the site to check if the packaging is intact. If it is damaged, please contact our company in a timely manner.
2. The power and environmental conditions on site comply with the provisions of Chapter 3 of this manual.
3. The various contents of the actuator identification meet the requirements for the normal operation of the system and valves.
4. Insulation resistance verification: Use a 500V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance between each group of wires and between them and the casing as described in Chapter 4 of this manual, which should comply with the regulations.
5. Mechanical verification:
① Check the fasteners and ensure that there is no looseness. If there is looseness, use tools to tighten it.
② The handle on the movable parts inspection handwheel and motor rear cover (hereinafter referred to as the motor handle) can switch flexibly between the "manual" and "electric" positions, and can be reliably positioned by the internal steel ball at the specified position (the pressure of the steel ball on the handwheel shaft can be adjusted by the fastening screw in front of the handwheel). The handwheel rotates freely in the "electric" position. After inspection, be sure to reset the handwheel and motor handle to "electric".
