The instructor provides touring guidance to correct operational irregularities, such as detection channel contamination, calibration solution preparation errors, sample pretreatment, etc. The focus is on strengthening the operational standardization of low concentration indicator detection.
Sample testing exercise: use the actual water samples in the South China Sea (comparison samples in different regions such as the the Pearl River Estuary) and standard samples to complete the whole process from exclusive sample pretreatment, reagent addition, digestion to testing, record the test data, compare the test results between different groups, analyze the reasons for differences, and verify the correlation between the test data and the current situation of the marine environment.
  1. Fault simulation and troubleshooting: The instructor sets common fault scenarios, such as "instrument unresponsive", "large data fluctuations", "data export failure", etc., and divides the trainees into groups to troubleshoot and solve them, strengthening their grasp of fault handling methods.

Q&A: Participants will ask the instructor questions based on the actual needs of scientific research in the South China Sea, such as "Accurate detection methods for low concentration eutrophication indicators", "Optimization techniques for pretreatment of algae containing water samples", "Maintenance points for instruments in long-term field monitoring", etc. The instructor will answer them one by one and provide extended explanations based on marine environment detection cases.
