The black water discharged from the pulp making process contains high concentrations of fibers, inorganic salts, and pigments, the wastewater from the bleaching process contains acidic and alkaline substances, and the white water from the paper making process contains pollutants such as fibers and fillers. The characteristic pollutants mainly include COD and BOD? Suspended solids (SS), total phosphorus, etc. In order to strictly comply with the "Discharge Standards for Water Pollutants in the Paper Industry" (GB 3544-2001) and the relevant requirements for clean production in the paper industry, and ensure that wastewater is discharged in compliance with standards, the enterprise has upgraded and renovated its sewage testing laboratory and introduced the GNST-900S multi parameter water quality tester. This instrument is designed based on IoT intelligence and is equipped with Genesite intelligent detection system and ST32 ARM processor. It can accurately detect more than 40 water quality indicators. Its wide range COD detection function (0-20000mg/L) is particularly suitable for detecting high concentration wastewater in papermaking. It has the advantages of fast detection speed, strong data stability, and easy operation, which can meet the multi link wastewater monitoring needs of papermaking enterprises. In order to ensure that laboratory testing personnel fully master the correct operation, precise calibration, data interpretation, and daily maintenance skills of instruments, and fully play the core role of equipment in sewage standard discharge control, the enterprise has partnered with instrument supplier Henan Suijing Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. to carry out targeted special training.
