1、 Preparation before startup

Check the appearance of the equipment, power cords, and wiring terminals to confirm that there are no hidden dangers of damage, looseness, or short circuits.

Check if the furnace is clean and free of residual debris, oil stains, or flammable and explosive materials.

Check if the temperature control instruments, thermocouples, and other components are functioning properly, and if the parameter displays are accurate.

2、 Heating operation specifications

Close the power switch and set the target temperature according to the process requirements to avoid setting too high a temperature all at once.

Following the principle of "step heating", gradually increase the temperature to prevent damage to furnace materials due to sudden heat.

During the heating process, closely observe the instrument readings and pay attention to whether there are any abnormal noises, odors, or smoking from the equipment.

3、 Monitoring during operation

When placing the workpiece, handle it gently to avoid colliding with the furnace wall or heating element.

Ensure that the furnace door is tightly closed to prevent heat loss from affecting temperature control accuracy. It is strictly prohibited to open the furnace door arbitrarily during operation.

Regularly inspect the operation status of equipment, record temperature changes and equipment operating parameters, and immediately stop the machine for processing if any abnormalities are found.

4、 Cooling and shutdown process

After the process is completed, cut off the heating power first, let the equipment cool down naturally, and prohibit forced air cooling.

After the furnace temperature drops to a safe range (usually below 100 ℃), remove the workpiece.

After complete cooling, turn off the main power, clean the furnace and equipment surface, and keep operation records.

5、 Safety operation taboos

Operators need to wear protective gloves, goggles and other labor protection equipment to avoid high temperature burns.

It is prohibited to stack flammable, explosive, and corrosive materials around the equipment.

It is strictly prohibited to operate equipment beyond the temperature limit or time limit, and it is not allowed to modify temperature control parameters in violation of regulations.
