Another personalized customized furnace model has been successfully delivered by Sante Furnace Technology. This equipment was customized by the School of Art at Hubei University of Technology and is used for the molding and sintering of glass. After careful communication, it was found that the uniformity of the temperature field is relatively high during the sintering process. Considering this factor, we decisively adopted a five sided heating method to improve the uniformity of the temperature field. The high temperature is designed to be 1200 ℃, and the furnace door is open on the side. The furnace door is equipped with heating elements, and the furnace bottom heating elements are specially arranged. Based on experience and thermal calculations, a furnace wire arrangement with air ducts has been designed. Through this solution method, the uniformity of the furnace bottom temperature field can be improved, which will improve the quality and firing rate of the entire product sintering.
