Reactor selection
The R series system can independently control the temperature of 4 reactors. Reactors can be combined to achieve multi-step synthesis, or used to increase the total reactor capacity, improve yield, or obtain longer residence times. The reactor replacement can be completed in just a few seconds without the need for any tools. Each reactor is safely installed inside an insulated tube. The novel forced convection system ensures clean, accurate, and efficient operation:
1. Visibility of reaction status
2. Clean and simple reactor setup
3. Measurement of reactor wall temperature, with errors in all temperature indicators controlled within ± 1 ℃
4. Quick cooling, switchable between temperature set points
The reactor specifications are complete, making it easy to set up even the most complex reactions.
Standard PFA coil reactor
·The maximum ambient temperature is 150 ℃
·Strong acid resistance ability
·Three reactor volumes: 2 milliliters, 5 milliliters, and 10 milliliters
·Stay time from 10 seconds to 200 minutes
High temperature resistant coil reactor
·The maximum ambient temperature is 250 ℃

·The maximum ambient temperature is 150 ℃
·Used for: removing scavenger resins, immobilizing catalysts, solid reagents
·Can accept standard Omnifit glass columns
