High temperature tube furnaceIt is a tubular heating device made of lightweight high-temperature fiber materials (such as high-purity alumina polycrystalline fibers) to create an inner liner. It adopts an openable structural design and is composed of two semi-circular furnace bodies, divided into vertical and horizontal structures.
High temperature tube furnacePrecautions for operation:
Electrical safety
Before use, check if the power connection is normal and ensure that the voltage is within the specified range (such as AC220V/380V 50HZ/60HZ).
Sample placement and furnace door operation
The sample should be placed on a dedicated bracket inside the furnace cavity to ensure stable fixation and prevent it from falling off during the heating process.
During the heating process, avoid opening the furnace door randomly to prevent hot air from spraying out and causing burns to personnel or equipment damage.
temperature control
When setting the temperature, do not exceed the maximum operating temperature of the equipment (such as 1250 ℃) to avoid damaging the equipment or causing a fire.
Thermocouples are not easy to pull out at high temperatures to prevent the outer sleeve from bursting.
Gas environment
If the equipment is a vacuum sealed structure, flammable and explosive gases cannot be introduced.
Choose a suitable gas environment (such as inert gas, reducing gas, or vacuum) according to experimental requirements to avoid sample oxidation or other chemical reactions.
Equipment maintenance
Regularly check whether the power connection, furnace door sealing, and control system are working properly, and promptly repair or replace components if any problems are found.
After a period of use, small cracks may appear in the furnace, which is a normal phenomenon and can be repaired with alumina coating.
Cooling and Sampling
After heating, wait for the device to cool naturally to a safe temperature before taking out the sample to avoid burns caused by high-temperature samples.
Do not open the furnace door during the cooling process to prevent cold air from entering and causing damage to the sample.
