1 General Provisions
1.0.1 In order to promote the rational application of heat-resistant concrete in engineering, achieve advanced technology, economic rationality, safety and applicability, and ensure engineering quality, this regulation is formulated.
1.0.2 This regulation is applicable to the design, construction, quality control, and acceptance of heat-resistant concrete.
1.0.3 In the application process of heat-resistant concrete engineering, in addition to implementing this regulation, it should comply with the current relevant national standards.
2 Terminology
2.0.1 Heat resistant concrete
Heat resistant concrete is a type of concrete that can be used for a long period of time at temperatures between 200 ℃ and 900 ℃, while maintaining the required physical and mechanical properties and volume stability.
2.0.2 Heat resistance concrete strength classes
The strength grade of heat-resistant concrete is divided according to the standard value of cube compressive strength, using the symbol C and the standard value of cube compressive strength (represented by N)/mm²Calculation) represents.
2.0.3 Heat resistance temperature
Heat resistant concrete meets the maximum operating temperature required by regulations.
2.0.4 Drying strength baked strength
The measured cube compressive strength of heat-resistant concrete after standard curing, drying at a specified temperature, and cooling to room temperature.
2.0.5 Residual strength
The measured cube compressive strength of heat-resistant concrete after standard curing, drying, heating to the specified temperature, and natural cooling to room temperature.
2.0.6 Expansion joint
Reserved thermal expansion gap during construction.
2.0.7 耐火度 refractoriness
The characteristic of refractory materials to resist high temperatures without melting under no-load conditions.
