Basic settings and operation of the new touch screen muffle furnace
After power on, turn on the power switch below the touch screen muffle furnace instrument panel, and the instrument panel can be operated normally after power on.
2. Open the touch screen muffle furnace door, place the experimental object in the middle of the furnace, and place it firmly to ensure that there is enough space around the experimental object for thermal radiation.
3. Turn on the power switch, power on the device, and the instrument panel will light up to display the main interface as follows:
The main interface displays all instrument values including PV, SV, MV, channel name, and measurement unit.
PV represents the actual temperature inside the furnace, and ℃ is generally selected for measurement;
[SV] represents the set operating temperature and current state inside the furnace;
The MV value represents the proportion of control output power;

4. The corresponding interface can be accessed through the "Operation Screen", "Historical Trend", "Alarm Information", "Data Report", and "System Settings" located at the bottom of the interface.
5. When entering the interface, * [Run], [Stop], [Hold], [Auto], [Manual], [Settings] need to enter a password to perform the corresponding operation. The initial password is 111, which can be modified in the interface; After entering the correct password, before exiting the interface, there is no need to repeatedly enter the password when performing corresponding operations such as [Run], [Stop], [Hold], [Auto], [Manual], and [Set] again. [Run], [Stop], and [Hold] allow the instrument to perform operations such as running, stopping, and pausing.

Program recipe settings
【 Program Recipe 】 Enter the 【 Program Settings 】 interface, and the program segment parameters will be automatically read. The 【 Program Reread 】 button can be used to reread the instrument program segment parameters;
Modify program segment parameters:
Method 1: In the editing boxes under [SP01] and [T01], you can modify the values of the corresponding parameters (similarly modify the values of [SP * *] and [T * *]). The text color of the modified values will turn red, indicating that the parameters have not yet been written to the instrument. You need to press the button to write the parameters to the instrument. After writing the parameters, the text color will return to black. If you do not write the parameters to the instrument, simply press [Return], and the program segment parameters will not be modified, returning to the interface.
Method 2: button, pop up the recipe window, select the desired recipe, such as Pro1, , then [Return], return to the interface, and the parameters in the recipe will be written in batches to the corresponding editing box of the program settings. Using the same method, the modified value text will turn red. At this point, the parameters have not been written into the instrument yet. The 'Program Write' button is required to write the parameters into the instrument. After the parameters are written, the text color will return to black. If the parameters are not written into the instrument, the program segment parameters will not be modified and the 'Operation Screen' interface will be returned.
This touch screen muffle furnace can open the recipe window by clicking the "Program Selection" button in the "Program Settings" interface, and perform the following operations on the recipe table.
① Modify formula: Enter the desired values in the editing boxes to be modified one by one, and then click the [Save] button after completion.
② Add Recipe: button, which adds a new recipe group to the row.
③ Delete Recipe: Select the recipe group to delete, click the "Delete Row" button, and select "OK" in the pop-up message box to delete the recipe in that row.
④ Apply Formula: Select the formula group to be applied and click the 'Apply Formula' button.
