Discussion on maintenance and service life extension technology of semi-automatic die-cutting machine
Date: 2025-05-16Read: 1
As an important equipment in the packaging and printing industry, the stable operation and long service life of semi-automatic die-cutting machines are crucial for production efficiency and product quality. Maintenance and upkeep are the core means of extending the lifespan of equipment, and need to be systematically promoted from three aspects: daily maintenance, regular inspection, and scientific management.
Daily maintenance is the foundation. Operators need to clean the residual paper scraps, oil stains and other impurities on the surface of the equipment daily to prevent them from entering the mechanical structure and causing wear or circuit failure. Pay close attention to the cleaning of key components such as die-cutting blades, paper feeding rollers, and pressure strips to avoid the accumulation of foreign objects that may affect die-cutting accuracy. At the same time, it is necessary to check the lubrication condition of the equipment daily and add special lubricating grease to the transmission chain, guide rail, bearings and other parts to ensure smooth operation of moving parts and reduce friction losses.
Regular maintenance is a guarantee. Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance plans to conduct comprehensive inspections and maintenance of equipment. For example, check monthly whether the electrical system wiring is loose and whether the sensor sensitivity meets the standard; Calibrate die-cutting pressure and positioning accuracy quarterly to ensure stable processing quality; Replace worn-out gears, belts, and other vulnerable parts annually, and clean and replace the hydraulic system's filter elements. Through preventive maintenance, potential faults and hidden dangers can be detected and eliminated in advance.
Scientific management is key. Establish equipment archives to record the maintenance time, content, and information of replaced parts, providing data support for subsequent repairs. At the same time, strengthen operator training, standardize equipment usage procedures, and avoid mechanical damage caused by misoperation. In addition, reasonable planning of production tasks should be carried out to avoid long-term overload operation of equipment, and dust and moisture prevention measures should be taken when idle.
Through the above comprehensive measures, the failure rate of semi-automatic die-cutting machines can be significantly reduced, their service life can be extended, maintenance costs can be saved for enterprises, and overall production efficiency can be improved.
