Power on: When we receive the Solman Si-CA230 flue gas analyzer, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until the blue power on page is displayed. At this point, it will have an automatic zeroing phase, which is a normal open state. At this time, we need to wait quietly for one or two minutes.

Check parameters: After turning on, the instrument will enter the display interface on the homepage. Firstly, we need to check whether all parameters are normal, such as whether the oxygen content in the air is around 21%, and whether the CO concentration is 0 and the NOL concentration is 0. These are normal states in the air.

Instrument installation: Next, we will explain how to install the Solman Si-CA230 flue gas analyzer. Firstly, we can insert it according to the cable color. Orange corresponds to the P positive interface of the instrument, which is the pressure positive pressure port. Secondly, black corresponds to the G interface of the instrument, which is the sampling end of the flue gas. Insert the thermocouple wire into the TF interface of the instrument to detect the temperature of the flue gas. In this way, we have completed the connection of the instrument. Finally, we need to adjust the fixed cone on the probe to a gap of 5 to 10 centimeters from the grip to ensure that the grip is not damaged by high temperatures, and the remaining part can be inserted into the flue detection port normally.
