The fully automatic permeable pavement brick permeability coefficient vacuum saturation machine follows the standard GBT 25993-2010 "Permeable Pavement Bricks and Permeable Pavement Panels" CJJ/T135-2009 "Technical Specification for Permeable Concrete Pavement". The permeability coefficient vacuum saturation test device is designed and produced according to the vacuum requirements of the above two standards. The vacuum pressure and holding time can be set by oneself, and the automatic timing and power-off operation are flexible and easy to use.
Technical parameters of vacuum saturation testing machine for permeability coefficient of permeable pavement bricks;
Power supply voltage: 220V 50Hz
Vacuum pumping pressure: -0.1-0Mpa
Timing range: 0-60 minutes
Method of using the vacuum saturation testing machine for permeability coefficient of concrete sand based permeable bricks and pavement tiles:
1. Before use, connect the ground wire and leakage protection device, place the test piece in an organic glass cylinder, cover it with the upper cover, and set the lower limit pointer of the vacuum gauge to 0.09 and the upper limit pointer to 0.095. The time is set at 30 minutes (already set at the factory). Press the start button, and when the upper limit pressure is reached, place the red inlet pipe into a container containing water, open the inlet valve, and add water to the water filling scale line in the vacuum cylinder. Close the inlet valve, and after 30 minutes, the machine will automatically stop. When the intermediate pressure is insufficient, the vacuum will be automatically drawn, and a constant pressure will be maintained.
2. After stopping the machine, first open the abandonment valve, and then take the test piece. Open the inlet valve and drain the water when not in use.
