1、 Product Introduction

The machine is equipped with a circulation device and uses a highly intelligent temperature controller. It has the advantages of high temperature control accuracy, advanced overall design, scratch resistance, generous appearance, and durability. It is suitable for measuring the density of asphalt mixtures and fully complies with the standards of the Ministry of Transport (JTG E20-2011).

2、 Technical parameters

1. Power supply: 22V ± 10% 50Hz.

2. Heating power: 1000W.

3. Cooling power: 550W.

4. Temperature control accuracy: ± 0.1 ℃.

5. Temperature control range: 10-60 ℃.

3、 Usage method

1. When in use, the liquid level of the liquid medium should not be lower than 3cm below the tabletop.

2. The selected power supply should be greater than or equal to the total power of the instrument, and power supply B must have a good grounding device.

3. The instrument should be placed in a ventilated and dry place, with a distance of at least 300mm from other objects around it.

4. After use, turn off the power and unplug the power plug.

4、 Instrument operation

When the required temperature is higher than the ambient temperature, operate as follows

1. Turn on the power switch

2. Turn on the loop switch

3. Press and hold the SET button for 0.5 seconds to enter the main control setting state of the instrument, set the desired temperature, and then press the SET button for 0.5 seconds to return to the normal control state of the instrument.

4. If instrument B is not used for a long time, the liquid inside the instrument must be drained.

5、 Precautions

1. When installing the device, please check if the link is correct.

2. To ensure safety, please connect the ground wire.

3. If the device is not working properly, please contact the manufacturer or intermediary and do not disassemble it without authorization.

4. In winter, it is necessary to drain the water in the circulating water pump to prevent freezing and cracking.
