1、 Product Introduction

The TDKM-MD granular cotton bulk density tester is designed and produced by Hebei Tianqi Xingzi Testing Equipment Co., Ltd. according to the Chinese building materials industry standard JC/T 903-2002 "Granular Cotton for Sound Absorbing Panels". The product is designed reasonably and manufactured using 304 stainless steel, which is rust free and corrosion-resistant. It is a backup testing equipment for manufacturers and quality inspection units in related industries.

2、 Instrument configuration

1. The maximum range of the electronic balance is 15kg with a division value of 0.59.

2. Vernier caliper: measuring range (0150) mm, division value 0.02mm

1. The inner diameter of the outer cylinder is 150mm.

2. The outer diameter of the inner cylinder is 149mm.

3. Mass 8.8kg.

4、 Remarks

Before each experiment, the mass of the inner cylinder should be calibrated using an electronic balance. The weight of the inner cylinder can be increased to 8.8kg by adjusting or reducing the weight of the filling material (which can be dry sand, gravel, steel sand, lead blocks, etc.).
