1、 Product Introduction

TDF41-E asphalt foaming machine is used by Hebei Tianqi Xingzi Testing Equipment Co., Ltd. for the test of asphalt Z good water content and the research of asphalt pavement recycling technology according to the foam asphalt foaming test in Appendix E of JTG F41-2008 Technical Specifications for Highway Asphalt Pavement Recycling. The foaming principle of asphalt is that when hot asphalt (such as 150~160 ℃) encounters a small amount of cold water (2~3%), intense heat exchange will occur, which will make the cold water vaporize instantaneously, leading to the "foam" phenomenon of asphalt. Generally, asphalt that "foam" is called foam asphalt. In the process of "foam", the volume of asphalt rapidly expands to several times or even more than ten times of the original, and the viscosity is greatly reduced, which is conducive to mixing with aggregates. Therefore, foam asphalt is very suitable for the cold recycling technology and warm mixing technology of road engineering. foam asphalt technology originated in the United States, but with the implementation of the Technical Specification for Highway Asphalt Pavement Recycling (JTG F41-2008) issued by the Ministry of China, foam asphalt technology has also made considerable progress and development in China.
