1、 Product Introduction

This device is mainly used for the determination of free formaldehyde in consumer goods such as wooden products, furniture, floorboards, carpets, footwear products, and building decoration materials. Place the specimen with a known surface area into a testing chamber with temperature, humidity, air flow rate, and air displacement rate controlled at a constant value of Y. Formaldehyde is released from the test piece and mixed with the air inside the box. The air inside the box is regularly extracted, and the concentration of formaldehyde absorbed in the water is measured by drawing air from the box through a washing cylinder filled with water. The formaldehyde concentration in the air of the test box is calculated in milligrams per cubic meter (mg/m3) based on the formaldehyde concentration in the gas washing cylinder and the volume of extracted air. Sampling is periodic until the formaldehyde concentration in the testing chamber reaches equilibrium.
