Product Manual for Thermal Storage Coefficient Tester of Thermal Insulation Materials
1、 Product Introduction
This instrument complies with the standards JGJ51-2002 "Technical Specification for Lightweight Aggregate Concrete" and JG158-2004 "Rubber Powder Polystyrene Particle External Wall Insulation System"; GB/T 26000 "Expanded vitrified microsphere thermal insulation mortar". Suitable for thermal analysis and testing of insulation materials such as concrete, plastic, rubber, and other materials. Its characteristics are simple operation, high accuracy, and fast testing speed (about 15 minutes per test). In one test, the thermal conductivity, heat storage coefficient, thermal conductivity, and specific heat of the material can be measured simultaneously. It is widely used in material analysis and testing in universities, research institutions, quality inspection departments, and production plants.
2、 Application scope
Used to determine the thermal conductivity, heat storage coefficient, thermal conductivity, and specific heat of homogeneous plate-like, gelatinous, powdery, and granular materials under dry or different moisture conditions. The thermal conductivity range of the tested material is 0.035-1.7w/mk, and the thermal storage coefficient range is 0.1-30W/m2K.
3、 Technical parameters
1. Thin specimen - block 20x20x (1.5~3) cm.
2. Two thick specimens measuring 20x20x (4-10) cm.
3. Power supply 220V, 50Hz.
4. Working conditions:
4.1 Environmental temperature: 10~35 ℃. 4.2 Relative humidity: ≤ 80%.
5. Accuracy of measurement results: ± 3%.
6. Computer automatic testing, data printing and output.
