1、 Product Introduction

The TDJC2185-2 Penetrating Liquid Hardener Wear Resistance Testing Machine is an upgraded and improved version of the TDJC2185-1 based on the wear resistance testing method in JC/T2158-2021 "Penetrating Liquid Hardener". The device has added the function of rising and falling, making the testing process more convenient and labor-saving. This improvement has been applied for Z-benefit protection. The principle of this device is to rotate the three hardened steel wheels of the wear tester along the annular area of the material surface for a fixed number of revolutions under a specified load. By measuring the average depth of wear caused by this, the wear resistance of the annular area on the material surface is evaluated.
