The Havishan water quality detector is mainly used in the field of grain and oil food safety and quality to control the water safety in the production and processing process, avoiding water quality problems from the source that affect the quality of grain and oil products. Its application scenarios are concentrated in the detection of production water and some product related indicators.
1. Core application scenario: Production and processing water pipe control
The multiple stages of grain and oil production rely on water quality, and the Havishan water quality detector can detect key indicators in real time to ensure that water meets national standards.
·Raw material cleaning process: The Havishan water quality detector can detect indicators such as turbidity and residual chlorine in the cleaning water. Excessive turbidity can lead to poor cleaning of raw materials, while insufficient residual chlorine may breed bacteria and contaminate grain and oil raw materials (such as rice, wheat, and rapeseed).
·Soaking/moistening process: For the soaking process in wheat milling and rice processing, the hardness, pH value, and heavy metals (such as lead and cadmium) of the water are detected using a Havishan water quality detector. Excessive hardness can affect the uniformity of water absorption in raw materials, leading to a deterioration in the taste of the finished product; If heavy metals exceed the standard, they may penetrate into the raw materials through soaking and ultimately remain in grain and oil products.
·Equipment cleaning and disinfection process: The Havishan water quality detector can detect residual chlorine in cleaning and disinfection water. The residual chlorine concentration needs to reach the disinfection standard (usually 0.5-1.0mg/L), otherwise the residual microorganisms in the equipment will contaminate the subsequent processed grain and oil, causing spoilage or safety risks.

·By product processing water testing: For the production of by-products from grain and oil processing (such as rice bran oil and malt beverages), the Havishan water quality detector detects COD (chemical oxygen demand), ammonia nitrogen and other indicators of the water used. Excessive COD indicates that there is too much organic matter in the water, which may cause by-products to smell or deteriorate, affecting the product qualification rate.
·Humidity correlation of grain and oil storage environment: Some portable water quality detectors come with humidity detection function, which can monitor the environmental humidity of grain and oil warehouses. Excessive humidity can easily lead to mold growth in grain and oil (such as the production of aflatoxin), and ventilation equipment should be combined to indirectly ensure storage safety.
