The Institute of Metals of the Chinese Academy of Sciences is the abbreviation of the Institute of Metals of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Collaboration project: Bearing automation testing equipment

In 2020, Changchuan Ultrasonic collaborated with the Institute of Metals, Chinese Academy of Sciences to develop an online automatic ultrasonic testing machine for bearings. The automatic bearing detection equipment has been upgraded through three generations of ZB100 bearing online automatic detection equipment, ZB200 bearing online automatic detection equipment, and ZB300 bearing online automatic detection equipment. It has the functions of automatic bearing detection and intelligent damage detection, and can automatically sort defective bearings, reducing human interference and ensuring detection accuracy and stability. It has achieved ultrasonic automatic detection of bearings, with a detection efficiency 60 times that of manual detection, greatly reducing detection costs.
