Harbin Bearing Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 1950 and is one of the three major production bases in China's bearing industry. It has an enterprise technology center and produces products mainly for industries and enterprise supporting services such as automobiles, agricultural machinery, machine tools, metallurgy and mining, petrochemicals, aerospace, and military industry. It has a huge influence in the domestic machinery industry.

Collaboration project: Ultrasonic automatic flaw detection machine for bearing rings

In 2018, Changchuan Ultrasonic collaborated with Harbin Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd. to develop a fully automatic ultrasonic testing machine for bearing rings, which complies with the European standard EN1208:2007. The equipment uses multi-sensor data fusion technology to perform multidimensional calculations on data, combined with fuzzy model recognition algorithms, achieving a defect detection rate of 99%. It can identify metallographic defects, micro defects, and defect distribution characteristics, providing a basis for process optimization.
