Collaboration project: Online monitoring of pipeline corrosion in gas production plants

In 2022, Changchuan Ultrasonic collaborated with Sinopec to deploy an online pipeline corrosion monitoring system. The system adopted a "node+gateway+server" model to monitor the corrosion of pipelines with high sulfur content in a gas production plant. Data was collected through monitoring nodes and uploaded to the server through the gateway, changing the traditional manual data detection mode and improving the efficiency of data detection. Real time collection and upload of corrosion data were achieved, providing a guarantee for production safety in the gas production plant.
