Test Process





Weighing samples

Weigh the sodium polyacrylate PAAS sample with a one ten thousandth balance, place it in a dissolution bottle, and use a DP25 automatic liquid dispenser (with a transfer accuracy of ≤ 0.1%) to transfer itQuantify sodium hydroxide solvent into the dissolution bottle;



Dissolve sample

Place the dissolution bottle into the P12 Zhongwang Polymer Dissolver and dissolve the sample using magnetic stirring at the specified temperature and time;



Viscosity Test

Place the dissolution bottle of the sodium polyacrylate PAAS sample into the IVS800 fully automatic Ubbelohde viscometer sample tray that has been set to the desired water tank temperature (30 ± 0.01 ℃), activate the testing function, and automatically obtain the test results;



Test results

The IVS800 fully automatic Ubbelohde viscometer is connected to a computer, which can automatically obtain test results and store them for diversified viscosity data analysis;



Clean the viscosity tube

The viscosity tube is fixed in the constant temperature water bath of the IVS800 fully automatic Ubbelohde viscometer, without the need for disassembly and removal, and can be automatically cleaned, discharged, and dried.
