LNS10A - Redefine Liquid Nitrogen Generator

The "LNS series" is the latest liquid nitrogen generator from SCALA. Adopting an integrated design, it is equipped with an air source, nitrogen source, low-temperature refrigeration machine, and vacuum insulated Duwa tank. It is controlled by a color touch screen and does not require complex operations. It can run fully automatically with just one click.

The SCALA liquid nitrogen generator is based on PSA pressure swing adsorption for nitrogen production, combined with a hybrid Stirling or Gifford McMahon (GM) low-temperature refrigeration machine for liquefaction. The compact design of this refrigeration unit mounted on a liquid nitrogen tank reduces the footprint, eliminates nitrogen emissions during production, reduces energy consumption, and enhances laboratory safety.
