Fully automatic samplerThe usage method of the electric sampler is as follows:

1、 Power on preparation

Instrument placement: Place the fully automatic sampler steadily on the desktop, adjust the screws at the bottom of the instrument to make it horizontal, and then tighten the nuts. The leveler on the upper part of the instrument can be used to confirm whether it is level. Horizontal placement of the instrument is the key to ensuring sample accuracy.

Parameter adjustment: Adjust the motor to the appropriate speed according to different materials. Adjustments can also be made according to work needs to meet the sampling requirements of different samples.

Check status: Confirm that the instrument is in the off state to avoid danger caused by sudden start-up of the instrument when the power is turned on.

2、 Sample loading

Sample preparation: Ensure that the amount of grain seeds and other samples is sufficient, generally exceeding half of the funnel, to ensure the continuity and accuracy of sample distribution.

Loading into the funnel: Pour the sample from the center of the funnel to avoid it spilling on the edges of the funnel, which may affect the sample separation effect.

3、 Start sampling

Power on: After confirming the status of the instrument and the correct loading of the sample, turn on the power.

Start sample division: Turn on the power switch, and the instrument will quickly divide the seeds into two parts.

4、 Repeated mixing and sampling

Mixed sample: Take out two containers containing seeds and replace them with empty containers. Pour two containers containing seeds into the funnel together, so that the seeds will naturally mix evenly while pouring in.

Continue sample splitting: Start the instrument again and split the mixed sample into two parts again.

Repeat the process: Repeat the above steps of mixing and dividing, take out a seed container each time and put it aside, pour the seeds from the other container into the funnel, and then start the instrument.

5、 Obtain the required samples

Continuous sampling: Continuously repeat the above mixing and sampling procedures until a test sample of the specified size is obtained.

Sample processing: After the sample is divided, further processing or testing of the sample can be carried out as needed.

6、 End maintenance

Cleaning the instrument: After the sampling is completed, promptly clean the residual samples inside the instrument to avoid contamination for the next sampling.

Turn off power: After confirming that the instrument is cleaned, turn off the power switch and disconnect the power connection.
