Rice Appearance Quality TesterIt is a specialized instrument for quickly detecting indicators such as rice particle shape, color, and breakage rate. The operation steps are simple and easy to understand, and even beginners can quickly get started. The specific process is as follows:
1、 Preparation before operation
Instrument inspection: Ensure that the power connection is normal, the screen displays no fault prompts after turning on, and the lens and stage are free of dust or stains (can be gently wiped with a clean soft cloth).
Sample preparation: Take a uniformly mixed rice sample, remove stones and impurities, weigh about 50g (the specific weight can be adjusted according to the instrument instructions), and lay it flat on the sample tray to avoid particle overlap.
Environmental requirements: Keep the laboratory at room temperature (15-30 ℃), dry, and avoid direct exposure to strong light in the instrument detection area.
2、 Core operational steps
Power on calibration: Press the instrument power button and wait for 30 seconds to complete the self-test. Select "Calibration Mode", place it in the standard calibration board that comes with the instrument, click "Start Calibration", and after calibration is complete, it will automatically return to the main interface.
Placing samples: Place the prepared sample tray steadily onto the instrument loading platform and close the detection chamber door (some instruments are automatically closed and do not require manual operation).
Parameter settings: Select "Detection Mode" (such as "Conventional Detection" and "Precision Detection") on the main interface, and set detection indicators according to needs (such as broken rice rate, yellowing rice content, chalkiness, etc.). The default parameters can meet daily detection needs without additional adjustments.
Start detection: Click the "Start Detection" button on the screen, and the instrument will automatically perform image acquisition and data analysis without manual intervention. Wait for 1-3 minutes (with slight differences in instrument speed).
View results: After the detection is completed, the instrument automatically displays various indicator data (such as broken rice rate X%, intact rice rate Y%, color grade, etc.), supports data export or printing (press the instrument button to operate).
3、 Operation precautions
The sample should be evenly spread to avoid particle stacking, otherwise it will affect the detection accuracy.
Do not open the inspection chamber door during the inspection process to prevent light interference.
Clean the stage and lens promptly after using the instrument, turn off the power, and avoid dust accumulation.
If there are data abnormalities, the instrument can be recalibrated or the sample can be checked for compliance with requirements (such as no impurities, intact particles)
