The XY automatic color measurement workbench, as a precision color measurement device, is widely used in industries such as printing, textiles, coatings, plastics, etc. Its maintenance work directly affects measurement accuracy and equipment life. The specific content of maintenance work is as follows:
1、 Mechanical structure maintenance of XY automatic color measurement workbench: ensuring motion accuracy and stability
1. Cleaning of guide rails and sliders
Regular cleaning: Wipe the X/Y axis guide rails with a dust-free cloth every week to remove dust, oil, and debris, avoiding particles getting stuck and causing motion jamming or wear.
Lubrication and maintenance: Apply specialized lubricating grease (such as lithium based grease) on the surface of the guide rail every 3 months to reduce frictional resistance and extend the life of the guide rail.
Check fasteners: Check the fixing screws of the guide rail, slider, and transmission screw every month for looseness to prevent movement deviation from affecting the measurement position accuracy.
2. Maintenance of transmission system
Belt/gear inspection: Check the tension of the synchronous belt quarterly to avoid slipping or accelerated wear caused by excessive looseness or tightness; Gear transmission requires regular application of lubricating oil (such as industrial gear oil).
Limit switch test: Manually trigger the X/Y axis limit switches every month to confirm that the equipment can immediately stop moving and prevent damage to the mechanical structure due to overtravel.
3. Workbench calibration
Leveling adjustment: Use a level to check the levelness of the workbench every six months. If the deviation exceeds ± 0.05mm, adjust the support feet or washers.
Flatness detection: Use a laser interferometer or micrometer to detect the flatness of the table every year to ensure a constant distance between the sample and the sensor during measurement.
2、 XY automatic color measurement workbench optical system maintenance: ensuring color measurement accuracy
1. Cleaning and replacement of light source
Daily cleaning: Before each measurement, use an air blow ball to remove dust from the surface of the lens, and avoid using cotton swabs or tissues to wipe directly (which may scratch the lens).
Regular replacement: Depending on the type of light source (such as LED, xenon lamp) and usage duration, replace the light source every 1-2 years to prevent measurement errors caused by light intensity attenuation.
Light intensity calibration: Verify the stability of the light source using a standard color palette every month, and adjust or replace the light source when the light intensity fluctuation exceeds ± 2%.
2. Sensor protection
Dustproof and moisture-proof: In humid environments (humidity>70%), seal the sensor compartment with desiccant every day; Install dust covers in dusty environments.
Avoid direct sunlight: Do not expose the device to sunlight or strong light sources to prevent the sensor from overheating or saturating.
3. Spectral channel calibration
Wavelength calibration: Verify the wavelength accuracy of the spectral channel every six months using a standard spectral lamp (such as a mercury lamp), and recalibrate if the deviation exceeds ± 1nm.
Transmittance detection: The sensor transmittance is detected annually using a neutral density filter to ensure uniform response across all bands.
