(Antibacterial drugs use Staphylococcus aureus as the control bacterium, anaerobic drugs use Clostridium sporogenes as the control bacterium, and antifungal drugs use Candida albicans as the control bacterium).
Place the culture medium tubes for aerobic and anaerobic bacteria in a 30-35 ℃ incubator, and place the fungal culture medium tubes in a 20-25 ℃ incubator for 7 days each; Positive control tube bacteria should be cultured for 24-48 hours, and fungi should have bacterial growth within 24-72 hours of cultivation.
