How to use a water bath thermostatic oscillator correctly?

1、 Preparation before use
1. Environmental and equipment inspection
Place on a stable and well ventilated countertop, avoiding direct sunlight and humid environments.
Check if the power grounding is good and ensure that the rated parameters of the socket match the equipment requirements.
Add deionized water or distilled water to 2/3 of the capacity of the water tank (cover the heating tube), and dry burning is strictly prohibited.
2. Sample placement
Fix the container to be shaken (such as a flask or test tube) onto the spring test bottle rack, ensuring balance and no risk of liquid spillage.

2、 Operation steps
1. Temperature setting
Turn on the power, set the target temperature (such as 37 ℃) through the "thermometer" identification key on the control panel, and adjust the value using the up and down keys.
Some devices require pressing the 'confirm' button to save settings (such as the orange button).
2. Setting of oscillation parameters
Mode selection: Choose the spinning (low viscosity), reciprocating (high viscosity), or dual function mode based on the viscosity of the sample.
Speed regulation: Gradually adjust from low speed to target speed (such as 200 revolutions per minute) to avoid sudden acceleration.
Timer function: To set a timer, use the 'timer key' (usually in minutes).
3. Start running
Press the 'RUN' button to start the device and observe if the temperature and speed are stable.
Mobile devices or opening the water tank cover are prohibited during operation.

3、 Post use maintenance
1. Closing sequence
Stop oscillating first, then turn off the heating power, and finally cut off the main power.
Drain the water tank and dry the interior, and clean and rust proof it when not in use for a long time.
2. Safety precautions
Prohibit heating without water, unattended operation at high speeds, or children approaching the equipment.
Immediately cut off power for maintenance in case of abnormal noise or temperature loss.
