Energy saving and consumption reduction of small spray dryer
1. Raise the temperature of hot air entering the tower
Under the condition of constant exit temperature, the higher the temperature of the hot air entering the tower (also known as the inlet temperature), the higher the total heat carried in. The more heat is transferred to the mud droplets per unit mass of hot air, and the more water is evaporated per unit of hot air. Under the condition of constant production capacity, the required hot air volume is reduced (that is, the heat taken away by hot air when leaving the tower is reduced), the heat consumption of small centrifugal spray dryer powder is reduced, and the utilization rate and thermal efficiency of hot air are improved. But the temperature of the hot air entering the tower should not be too high (not exceeding 600 ℃). If the temperature is too high, it will burn out the top air separator.
2. Reduce the temperature of hot air exiting the tower
When the temperature of the hot air entering the tower is constant, the lower the temperature of the hot air leaving the tower, the greater the temperature difference between entering and leaving the tower, and the greater the heat energy transferred by the hot air to the mud for drying, so the utilization rate of the hot air is higher. But the exhaust temperature should not be too low. When it is below 75 ℃, the powder is too wet, which affects normal drying.
3. Recycling of hot air (exhaust gas) from the tower
After the ceramic slurry is dried by spray for pulverizing, if the hot air from the tower is directly discharged into the atmosphere, the heat loss of this part will be very considerable (about 10%~20% of the energy consumption of the pulverizing process). So this part of the waste heat should be fully utilized. If Shangyu Talent Network can recycle the hot air from the tower to the preheating and drying process. In addition to direct recycling of hot air from the tower, heat exchangers can also be used to store or exchange this waste heat for reuse.
