Wuhan Institute of Technology purchases our molecular distillation apparatus through local distributors
Last year, a distributor in Wuhan contacted our company to purchase a molecular distillation apparatus. Subsequently, they recommended a teacher to come and coordinate with our technical team. We conducted several experiments and were increasingly satisfied with each one. At the end of May, we made a prepayment through the distributor, and in early June, the equipment was completed and the final payment was paid before shipment. Molecular distillation, as a special liquid separation technology, is different from the traditional separation principle of boiling point difference in distillation. It relies on the difference in the average free path of molecular motion of different substances to achieve separation. When the liquid mixture flows along the heating plate and is heated, molecules will escape from the liquid surface and enter the gas phase. Due to the different free paths of different molecules, the movement distance of molecules of different substances after escaping from the liquid surface is different. Light molecules reach the condensation plate and are discharged, while heavy molecules are discharged along the mixed liquid. This achieves the goal of material separation.
