The sensor is an important part of the tensile testing machine, and the difference in testing accuracy depends on this sensor. During the use of the tensile testing machine, inaccurate testing may occur, and a major problem lies in the sensor. Specific sensor problems can be divided into three categories, each with different solutions.

Problem 1: I feel that the repeatability of the sensor force value is not high during use.

Some manufacturers' control boards also require a password to enter the calibration program, which requires consulting the manufacturer to provide the calibration password before entering.

Problem 2: The sensor is damaged, replace the sensor.
