On April 24th, Jiangsu Pomegranate Technology Co., Ltd. found that the system can seamlessly adapt when processing liquid-solid mixed materials with a solid content of less than 5%. Even under conditions containing trace amounts of solid catalysts, it still ensures no blockage, weak pulses, and stable pump pressure. Its compatibility with low solid content materials is highly praised.

On April 27th, Shanghai Huotong Experimental Instrument Co., Ltd. successfully processed a 10% mixture of bamboo powder and pure water using a three plunger precise feeding system. The system maintained a stable flow rate of 10ml per minute and delivered it to the reaction kettle. After the operation was completed, the pump head was ensured to be unobstructed through efficient flushing function. The three plunger precise feeding system has successfully met the requirements.

On May 15th to 16th, R&D personnel from a certain company applied a three plunger precise feeding system to the pressurized transmission of slurry containing micron sized particles in organic synthesis experiments. Faced with the challenge of 10% solid content and 0.4-1.2MPa back pressure, the system demonstrated stable operation capability for over 1 hour. The company's evaluation: "The overall feeding is stable, the feeding amount is precise, and it can operate stably under back pressure. There were no equipment problems during the two-day period, making it very suitable for stable transportation of slurry with a small amount of solids
