In November 2025, Tuoxinda (Qidong) Pharmaceutical Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tuoxinda") received an order to carry out an ultra-low temperature processing project for innovative drug intermediates. Due to the urgent preparation of innovative drugs, the customer requested to process 1kg of product in a short period of time. As it involves multiple reactions, the first step of ultra-low temperature requires 20kg of preparation.

1. Use a precision three plunger pump to deliver at a flow rate of 46.48mL/min;

2. The reaction temperature is controlled at -40 ℃;

3. The reaction retention time is 12 seconds and it has been running continuously for nearly 100 hours.

Test results

The reaction situation far exceeded expectations. In the actual reaction process, the feed of the Jingjin three plunger pump was very stable, with almost no pulse. The project was completed ahead of schedule and received customer recognition.
